I used to have SC. Such bad service and horrendous waiting on the phone. And the HD signal was really pixellated. Gave them an ultimatum to shape up, they didn't, I cancelled. I get HD OTA and could not be happier.

meh, I could see a free rental of an HD PVR, but the "free HD PVR" isnt really free, you would end up paying for it elsewhere, companies will offer things to existing customers, but don't expect the moon, new customer promotions are for a reason, NEW customers. Companies lose money to attract new customers its called competition, get used to it. What would you have asked for after the free hdpvr, if there was a n offer for the three services at 40$ per month, wouldn't you want that too?
